Terracycle Program

Terracycle Recyling Program

The Long Valley Junior Women’s Club’s Terracycle project will not only keep our environment clean, but will also raise money for our elementary schools! We are teaming with a group called Terracycle that offers a free  national collection program that pays non-profits and schools to collect used packaging such as drink pouches. To find out more about them go to www.terracycle.net.  We will receive 2 cents per pouch. The money will then be allocated to the Washington Township Elementary Schools. We will be collecting:

Capri Sun, KoolAid,and Honest Tea Drink Pouches

There will be a collection box in the cafeteria of each of the elementary schools and a collection bin next to the Boxtop Collection box in the lobby of each school. We would love your help with this project, and would appreciate any pouches you can bring in! We ask that you please remove any straws and squeeze out any remaining juice prior to placing the pouch in the collection box. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
